1 Life Chain
The Right to Life of Decatur invites you to join them to stand in the life chain. The life chain is part of a nationwide event held each year. Last year several hundred people stood together in our area, while others stood in life chains in over a thousand other cities and Canada. Signs will be distributed from St. Patrick Church basement beginning at 2:00. Please pick up your sign and stand on Franklin or Eldorado Street for one hour to help make this highly visible testimony to life a success. | 2 | 3 | 4 Blessing of Pets
Fr. Chris will bless pets on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 2:20pm on the playground by Shamrock Hall. All are welcome to join us with their pets. | 5 | 6 First Friday Adoration
On the first Friday of each month after the 11:15am Mass at St. Patrick Church, we will have adoration until 4pm, followed by the stations of the cross and benediction. Come join us in prayer. | 7 |

Those who have experienced the loss of a loved one often find healing and support through sharing with others who have similar experiences. Our parish is hosting a grief session on Tuesday, October 10 at 5:30pm in the parish house at St. James. Anyone is welcome to attend. Rosary Rally will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14 at noon on the front stairs of St. James Church. Come and help us pray for our nation and the conversion of sinners. All are welcome. Please feel free to bring a chair with you. |
