There will be a candlelit Advent reflection on Tuesday, December 3 at 6:30pm at St. James Church. It will be followed by a dessert reception in the parish house, which will be decorated like previous Advent by Candlelight events. If you want to do a table centerpiece, help decorate, or provide finger appetizers or desserts for the occasion, please contact Donna by text or call at (217) 433-0807. | 4 | 5 | 6 First Friday Adoration
On the first Friday of each month after the 11:15am Mass at St. Patrick Church, we will have adoration until 4pm, followed by the stations of the cross and benediction. Come join us in prayer. | 7 Wrapping Party
Join us for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and wrapping! On Saturday, December 7th from 2-4pm in the St. Patrick Church Basement, we will be hosting a Christmas wrapping party. If you have gifts to wrap for the Adopt a Friend or gifts of your own, come join in the fun. Wrapping supplies and snacks will be provided. All are welcome. |
8 Advent Breakfast
Advent Breakfast will take place on Sunday, December 8th from 8am to noon in the St. Patrick Church Basement. Please plan on joining us.

15 Penance Service
A city-wide penance service will be on Sunday, December 15 at 2pm at St. Patrick Church. Confessions will also be heard at the following times at St. Patrick: Fri., Dec 20 (10:30-11am) and (11:45am-12:30pm), Sat., Dec 21 (10-11:30am) and (3:30-4:15pm), Mon., Dec 23 (6:30-7pm).

22 Decorating Our Churches
