Those who have experienced the loss of a loved one often find healing and support through sharing with others who have similar experiences. Our parish is hosting a grief session on Tuesday, July 18 at 5:30pm in the parish house at St. James. All are welcome to attend. 23 | 24 Nicene Creed Discussion
At every weekend Mass and Solemn Feast we pray the Nicene Creed. What is the story behind it? When was it written? Why was it written? Who are the Saints connected with it? We will discuss the heresies, councils, and saints who are the story behind the Nicene Creed, a very interesting piece of our ongoing story of faith. Since much of the Creed is depicted beautifully in the windows and statuary of St. James, we will visit the church after our discussion. The session will be held Monday, July 24 at 6pm at the St. James parish house. All are welcome! | 25 Finance Council meeting
